RULES FOR KEEP FIT IN LOCKWDON
 In fitness world you must follow  five majaor goals to archive .
1.    1. You  have to avoide junk food and start eating healthy  food (fruit,salad,dals,eggs….)
2.    2.  Maintain your life style ,I mean maintain for do something by your plan and its be giving you proper break for eating ,you can call it mid meals but its be include healthy stuff.
3.    3. Proper sleeping because when sleep your body gone to recover mode .
4.    4. Drink lots of water ….means 7 to 8 glass of pleanty clean  water.
5.    5. And last important things you to start exercise for least 30 min in day.(yoga,pradayam,stretching,aasan,weight lifting……..)
